Refund policy

At Alt Art, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Return Request via Email:

    • To initiate a return, you must first send an email to [hello@altart.in] within 3 days of receiving the product. Clearly state your reason for returning the item.
    • Only after receiving an acknowledgment email from us with return instructions you should send the item back. Products sent without prior acknowledgment will not be entertained.

  2. Product Condition:

    • The item being returned must be unused, and in its original condition.
    • The original tags, packaging, and the original bill must be retained and sent along with the product.
    • No returns will be accepted if the seal on the product is broken.
    • No returns will be accepted if these conditions are not met.

  3. Return Period:

    • Returns must be made within 3 days from the date you received the product. After this period, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

  4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to us, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective product or an incorrect item.

Return Approval:

  • Once we receive your email and acknowledge the return request, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
  • Only if the product meets all return conditions (unused, with original tags, packaging, and bill) will we accept the return and process the refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is accepted, the refund process will begin.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited via the original payment method or through other means as agreed upon during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items such as customized products, sale items, and those marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
